Bharat Rojgar Sewa (BRS) — Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

Bharat Rojgar Sewa is an online employment facilitation platform that connects job seekers and employers by sharing relevant contact details. It enables digital registration, job search, and listing through the website or WhatsApp. BRS does not conduct background checks, verification, or any direct communication between job seekers and employers. The communication that follows is solely between the two parties.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to register.
• By using BRS, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• BRS reserves the right to limit or discontinue access to users found providing false or misleading information.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your mobile number, email, or social login. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out from your account or WhatsApp number linked to BRS will be treated as your responsibility.

4. Services Offered

• Candidate registration and job listing
• Employer job posting and candidate browsing
• Sharing of contact details between employers and candidates for independent communication

5. Payments and Fees

Some features on BRS may be free, while others may require a service fee. Fees will be communicated before any transaction. Payments must be made only through official payment gateways, UPI intent links, or authorized BRS WhatsApp payment options. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, do not use BRS for fraud or spam, and maintain respectful communication. Employers must ensure listings are genuine; candidates must verify job details directly with employers.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

BRS collects limited personal data to enable connections and sharing of contact details. Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Verification and Mediation

BRS does not verify identities, backgrounds, or credentials. Users should exercise caution and verify information before engaging.

9. Limitations of Liability

BRS only facilitates sharing of contact information. We are not responsible for employment outcomes, job quality, or user conduct.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and branding on BRS are owned or licensed by VidyaVins Private Limited.

11. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate user access if Terms are violated or misuse is detected.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Amendments

BRS may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be available on this page.
