Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Policy

Bharat Rojgar Sewa operates as an online job-connection platform that connects job seekers and employers by sharing contact details. As our services are digital in nature, no physical goods are sold or shipped. Once a service is activated or contact details are shared, the process is considered complete and non-refundable.

2. No Return or Replacement

Since our offerings involve online data sharing and digital access, there are no returns, replacements, or exchanges applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided only in exceptional cases, such as a verified technical issue causing duplicate payment or service not delivered due to a system error. Claims must be raised within 3 days of payment by writing to support@vidyavins.com with proof of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued if the user is dissatisfied with responses, if the other party does not respond after contact details are shared, or if incorrect details were provided during registration or payment.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
